Why are you a Seventh-day Adventist Christian?

Posted on April 6, 2010

My father started out a Catholic and my mom a Baptist.  After studying with many different denominations, we found the Adventist Church at an auction on Saturday in Grand Junction, Colorado.  My parents purchased the Conflict of Ages series by Ellen G. W.  After studying the books and comparing them to the Bible, they accepted the Adventist faith as the one denomination who is the most true to the Word of God.

After growing up in the Church, I too studied other religions and have come to the conclusion that the Seventh-day Adventist Church is God’s prophetic end-time Church.  Are we perfect?  No!  But I do know that if there was another church out there that had a better understanding of the Bible, I would leave the Adventist Church and join that one.

I love God for loving me first.  I love Jesus for dying my death.  I love the Seventh-day Adventist Church and want everyone in the world to have the opportunity to have a clear understanding of Biblical truth.  I love the fact that the Adventist Church is a Church all about freedom in Jesus (if taught correctly).
